We offer personalised treatments for a variety of ailments and injuries.
Advanced manual therapy
The methodology designed by Armando Gasch is a synergy between his two decades of experience working with elite athletes and his globalised perspective of the human body.
Each individual pathology/injury must be contextualised and cannot be treated in isolation.
Therefore, the Gasch Method relies heavily on the collaboration of a highly qualified interdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, personal trainers, doctors, podiatrists, psychologists, etc. throughout the assessment process and in the design of personalised treatment and training plans.
Based on a series of preliminary assessments and biomechanical analyses, The Gasch Method offers rehabilitation and training programmes tailored to meet individual goals and objectives, improving physical performance, preventing and/or rehabilitating injuries.
1 Preliminary assessments and biomechanical analysis
Initial assessment of each individual and the multiple factors and conditions that apply; genetic, environmental, pathological, emotional, etc.
Biomechanical archetype assessment.
Preliminary diagnosis for the development of sampling and monitoring.
Definition of objectives.
Strategic outline of treatment and training programme.
2 Planning and creation of treatment and training plan.
The methodology designed by Armando Gasch is a synergy between his two decades of experience working with elite athletes and his globalised perspective of the human body.
From the initial assessments, biomechanical study and all the information derived from the diagnostic tests, a personalised treatment plan is created and carried out.
The team works together to compose the best strategy for the client.
3 Implementation, control and adjustments
What makes The Gasch Method unique is that the client is always an integral part of the process and the parameters are flexible to adjustments and changes as athletes evolve.
Ultimately, this offers the athlete an element of security and control, knowing that the process is under constant supervision and that all specialists are collaborating and in dialogue.
